We have pleasure in inviting you to the official launch of Sector 2, a flagship development of high quality office and industrial space on the Aerohub Business Park, next to Cornwall Airport Newquay.
Sector 2 marks the completion of the first phase of the Aerohub Business Park and caters for any business that wants to be at the heart of Cornwall’s fast-growing space and aerospace sector. And because it is within the Aerohub Enterprise Zone, incentives are available for qualifying occupiers.
The informal breakfast event will include a sneak preview of Sector 2’s flexible office suites and industrial units, and a presentation from the Spaceport Cornwall team about plans to bring Virgin Orbit’s horizontal satellite launch technology to Newquay as early as next year.
Sector 2 has been developed by Cornwall Council with support from the European Regional Development Fund. It is among a range of brand new quality office and industrial units to rent and commercial development plots for sale, which are owned by Cornwall Council.
These are being brought together for the first time on a new website aimed at helping businesses find the perfect space to grow in Cornwall. This will also be launched at the breakfast event.
